About me
I’m Giuseppe Casola, and I tell stories with a camera. Here in my native Naples, and across Italy, I’ve spent the last five years as a filmmaker and photographer, a journey that has taken me onto large Italian film sets and into the heart of countless personal projects.
For me, a camera is an all-access pass to worlds I would have never known otherwise, a privilege I never take for granted. I believe every project has its own soul, and my approach is like that of a tailor: to carefully craft the light and frames until they perfectly dress the story being told. This is true for everything I do, from short films and documentaries to commercials and music videos.
Ultimately, what drives me is connection. The magic that happens in a close-knit film crew is the same feeling I get sharing a bottle of wine with good friends. Because a good story, like a good meal or a walk in nature, is always best when shared.
